Three months after Krajewski submitted applications in this matter, Prime Minister Donald Tusk dismissed the heads of four institutions subordinated to the Ministry of Agriculture: KRUS, the main inspectorate of commercial quality of agri-food products, the main inspectorate of plant health and seed production and the chief veterinarian. Their successors have already been appointed.
Krajewski also says that he talked with the Prime Minister about supplementing the ministry's management with additional deputy ministers and “personnel decisions will be made in the coming days.” One of the new people is to be Małgorzata Gromadzka from KO, Jarosław Rzepa from PSL is also mentioned.

The Act on the Protection of Rural Production Functions, which protects agricultural producers whose activities are often associated with odor nuisances, etc., is waiting to be entered into the government's list of legislative works. After consultations, there is already an act on suspending the sale of real estate belonging to the agricultural property of the state treasury, which provides for the extension of the ban on the sale of land for another 10 years. The comments submitted during the consultations are currently being analyzed. In November, the act on agricultural leasing is to be submitted for consultation.
