Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa and Rheinmetall Landsysteme GmbH, a subsidiary of Rheinmetall AG, have signed a cooperation agreement regarding strategic cooperation in the field of support vehicles for the Polish Armed Forces – PGZ said in a press release.

“The agreement is intended to establish a joint venture company to set up European Support Vehicle Center. Its goal will be to develop an armored technical security vehicle, an armored engineering vehicle with a mine-clearing function and an accompanying bridge on an armored chassis,” it was reported.
“Thanks to the signed agreement, PGZ and Rheinmetall contribute to building pan-European defense potential. This is another step towards increasing security and strengthening the defense of Europe, especially in the context of threats from the East,” it added. (PAP Business)
