Romania occupies the first place in a ranking of the most stressful countries for beginner drivers and is the country with the second highest level of road congestion, being exceeded only by Mexico in the crowd.
According to an annual ranking conducted by the American Platform of Road Education Zutobi, updated in October, beginner drivers are facing the most difficult traffic conditions in Romania, Poland and Hungary.
