ANM issued two yellow code warnings on Wednesday. The first is valid today in 12 counties, and the second during tomorrow and will target 16 counties.
Thus, on Wednesday, between 12:00-21:00, in Maramureș, Crișana, Banat, western Transylvania and South-West Oltenia will be very high temperatures, local heat and high thermal discomfort, and the temperature-humidity index (ITU) will easily exceed the critical threshold of 80 units. The maximum temperatures will be between 33 and 36 degrees, with the highest values in the western regions.
The counties targeted by this warning are: Alba, Arad, Bihor, Cluj, Caraș-Severin, Dolj, Hunedoara, Mehedinți, Maramureș, Sălaj, Satu Mare and Timiș, notes Agerpres.

Also, on Thursday, at the same time interval, it will be a yellow code of high temperatures, heat and high thermal discomfort: Alba, Arad, Bihor, Bistrița-Năsăud, Cluj, Caraș-Severin, Dolj, Hunedoara, Mehedinți, Maramureș, Mureș, Sibiu, Sibiu, Sibiu
In these areas, the maximum values will be between 33 and 37 degrees, and the highest temperatures will be recorded in the western regions.

How will the weather be in Bucharest
Meteorologists specify that, by the end of the current week, there will be high heat and high thermal discomfort, especially in the western and southwestern regions.
In Bucharest, the weather will be warm between August 13, 9:00 – August 14, 9:00 pm. The sky will be more clear, the wind will be weak and moderate, and the maximum temperature will be 33 – 34 degrees.
