The head of Monolith Holding was detained in Krasnoyarsk (video)

An ex-deputy of the City Council and the former general director of a large construction company “Monolithholding” were detained in Krasnoyarsk Razim Abasov. He and his commercial partner are suspected of committing economic crimes – tax evasion and issuing false orders for the transfer of money (Part 2 of Article 199 and Part 2 of Article 187 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
The Investigative Committee announced the initiation of criminal cases against the defendants today:
“According to the investigation, from 2019 to 2022, the general director of the construction company organized the production of deliberately false documents (contracts, invoices, etc.), creating the appearance of financial and economic relationships with fictitious organizations. And then he underestimated the taxes on value added and on the profit of the organization to be paid to the budget of the Russian Federation in the amount of more than 260 million rubles by including in the declarations false information about the applied tax deductions and about relationships with these organizations. Also, on May 13, 2025, the defendants prepared counterfeit payment orders, on the basis of which an unlawful transfer of funds was carried out between the settlement accounts of organizations controlled by them for allegedly rendered services totaling 10 million rubles.”
The day before, searches took place at the main office of the construction company on Vzlyotka.
In Krasnoyarsk, the former general director of a construction company and his partner are suspected of committing economic crimes
Razim Abasov, who currently holds the position of Chairman of the Board of the Monolith Holding Group of Companies, and head of a commercial company detained. The issue of choosing a preventive measure is being decided.
In a criminal case, investigative actions are carried out aimed at establishing all the circumstances of the crimes committed.
