Since the beginning of the year, more than 750 illegal temporary structures have been eliminated from the beginning of the year.

The city hall explained that these are pavilions, stalls, parking lots, tire shops and other objects that citizens arbitrarily installed on municipal land. The owners removed most of the identified structures independently. The dismantling of the rest had to spend funds from the budget – 7.87 million rubles. Now these funds will be returned to the treasury through the court. The city hall noted that the most violations were identified in the Leninsky district – there, in total, they were found more than 340.

All objects that were dismantled at the expense of the budget were taken to a special site, where they will store six months. The unclaimed pavilions utilize. The owners can regain their property if they compensate for the costs of dismantling, transporting and storing the object.

“The bulk of illegal objects is revealed thanks to the appeals of citizens to the Department of Urban Planning and the district administrations. And we are very grateful to residents for such an attentive attitude to the city. Unfortunately, it is problematic to cover the entire Krasnoyarsk. The newly approved order will allow us to strengthen the work in this direction. So, we have more authority in terms of checks of objects. For example, temporary structures will be checked with new placement and during renewal. Entrepreneurs will have 30 days to eliminate comments, ”said Sergey Shikunov, deputy head of the city, head of the city planning department.

The city hall recalled that the acting head of the city, Roman Odintsov, signed a new decision on the procedure for placing temporary structures in the territory of Krasnoyarsk. Now the city has more than 2 thousand such facilities established on the basis of contracts with the Department of Urban Planning. Since the beginning of 2025, the city hall entered into about 400 new agreements on the placement, extension and renewal of temporary facilities. In 2024, 1013 illegal temporary objects were removed from the city streets.
