According to the published decisions of the regulator, the basic G11 tariff for recipients from the G group for PGE Obrót will be PLN 576 per mWh net. Also PLN 576 per MWH net will be the ENEI tariff. However, in the case of Energi-Baby, the tariff price will be PLN 574.6 per MWH net.

The price in Tauron's tariff sale will be PLN 576.7, and Tauron sales GZE – PLN 574.1 per mWh net.

Until September 30, the sellers of ex officio are an average of PLN 622.8 per MWH net.

Minister of Energy Miłosz Motyk cited in the department of the ministry assured that “we do everything to make the prices of electricity for Polish families as low as possible.”

“Tariffs approved by the Energy Regulatory Office is a very important step towards the departure of freezing electricity prices in 2026. Price freezing is a temporary solution – we take a number of actions so that it is no longer needed from the new year. Lower tariffs also mean lower freezing costs and more funds in the budget for other important expenses, such as security, health protection or social support,” Motyka pointed out.

Pursuant to the Act, recipients in households have the right to use the offers of tariff sellers ex officio with a price frozen at PLN 500 per MWh by the end of the year. The difference between the tariff and the frozen price is paid by the seller of the state.

In Poland, there are about 16.5 million electricity recipients in the G group G. According to the Energy Regulatory Office, in 2024 over 10 million of them used tariff prices, and over 6 million – free market offers. (PAP)
