Recall that the problems began in Krasnoyarsk on July 26. On this day, Internet users were faced with the inability to enter the network through their phones. Initially, the blocking spread to almost the entire city. Later, the authorities reduced the territory without mobile Internet to the Oktyabrsky, Sverdlovsk and part of the railway regions of the regional center, returning the mobile Internet to the Soviet and Central Regions of Krasnoyarsk.
Problems with the Internet in the summer of 2025, except for the Krasnoyarsk Territory, were recorded in 77 constituent entities of the Russian Federation, including the most distant regions from the borders, such as the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug and the Magadan region.
