Four offenses in record time: How did the laws defied a 20 -year -old from Brasov

A young woman from Brasov was detained by police on Saturday, April 12, after stolen a car from the municipality and drove her on public roads, although she had no driving license. She entered the police viewer after feeding on a gas station in Bran and left without paying.

“On April 12 AC, around 8.00, police officers from the Râșnov resort police were notified that, at a gas station in Bran resort, a person would have fed the car and left without paying the fuel value”, transmits the Brasov County Police Inspectorate.
Following the notification, the police identified the car while traveling on A3, in Brasov. After repeating, the police carried out stop signals, but the person at the wheel refused to comply and tried to avoid police control.
At one point, the young woman pulled the vehicle outside the road and ran on an agricultural land, where, in the end, she remained immobilized. The 20 -year -old woman did not hold a driving license.
Also here, in the research carried out, it was also found that the car he was driving had been stolen a few hours ago, in front of a building located on Inului Street, in Brasov municipality.
As a result of the established ones, the identified person was led to the headquarters of the police unit, where, after hearings and administration of the probation in question, the police ordered the detention and introduction of the young woman to the Center for Detention and Preventive Arrest of IPJ Brașov, for a period of 24 hours.
In this case, the investigations are continued in the criminal file drawn up in the aspect of committing the offenses of theft, theft for the purpose of use and driving a vehicle without a driving license, a file that is instrumental under the coordination of the case prosecutor within the competent prosecutor's office, following which the legal measures will be ordered.
