Analysts of the regional employment service compiled a portrait of a resident of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, who found work in 2025.

The candidate has an education in a demanded working specialty. Most likely – this is a locksmith, a welder, a driver or a monster. He is about 35 years old, he has experience and additional professional competencies. He chose for himself the sphere of processing industries. With the assistance of the employment service, he found a job in less than 10 days.

Experts explain that a typical portrait corresponds to the situation in the labor market.

“Now over 41 thousand vacancies of enterprises and organizations of the region are available to residents of the region. More than 65 % of offers – in working professions. The greatest need for personnel we are observing in mechanical engineering, metallurgy and energy, ”comments Viktor Novikov, head of the labor and employment agency of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

Krasnoyarsk Territory is an industrial region, so representatives of working specialties are in sustainable demand in the labor market. However, there are enough proposals for employees. If from the beginning of the year 9.5 thousand employers placed 130 thousand offers of work, then 35 thousand vacancies accounted for employees. The leaders in demand are engineer, technician, master, accountant, doctor, teacher.

In total, since the beginning of the year, with the assistance of the employment service, over 21 thousand applicants have gained jobs. Analysts note that in comparison with the last year, the share of employed in rural areas increased by almost one and a half percent – this is about 7 thousand inhabitants of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. Changes are associated with those measures that the employment service applies for personnel support for the workdays.

Tools to stimulate the renewal of specialists from one municipality in another include the Strategy for Management of the Labor Market, which was developed by the Labor and Employment Agency of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, taking into account the tasks set by the Governor of the region Mikhail Kotyukov. In addition, the activities of the national project “personnel” and the use of the employment service of the modern information system – the Russian work “Work of Russia” in the work of the Russian Employment Service allow you to balance the labor market.
