Magdalena Ogórek Acquires Stake in Media Project Channel TAK!

Magdalena Ogórek is set to merge her journalism career with a new role as a co-owner of Channel TAK!, having acquired a one-third stake in the venture. The remaining shares are held by Marcin Tulicki, Michał Adamczyk, and Michał Karnowski, each owning 22.2 percent.
Channel TAK! commenced operations in September 2025, created by journalists previously associated with the television network wPolsce24, part of the Fratria group. Ogórek will join the team following her departure from the previous station, which she announced in September.
According to reports, the channel has garnered 107,000 subscribers on YouTube, with its content accumulating over 33.5 million views across 1,267 videos. Ogórek has indicated plans to implement changes to the programming lineup, aiming for a broader schedule, with development efforts expected to accelerate in November.
She intends to appear on air for a similar number of hours as at her prior station, while also pursuing activities outside media, such as training, coaching, and leading conferences and events. The acquisition of shares allows Ogórek to play a role in the ownership and future direction of Channel TAK!, although there are currently no public details available regarding the scale of her investment or the financial outlook of the project.
