Daniel Obajtek Launches New Real Estate Company

Daniel Obajtek has officially launched a new company named “KP 76 Nieruchomości II,” which was registered with the National Court Register on July 16. The company, headquartered in Myślenice, Małopolskie, primarily focuses on buying and selling real estate for its own account. Additionally, it is involved in property development, rental, and management services.
The company has a capital of 100,000 PLN, with Piotr Obajtek, son of the former Orlen CEO, listed on the management board. According to reports, the company is wholly owned by Daniel Obajtek’s family foundation, which shares the same address as the new entity.
Beneficiaries of the firm include Daniel Obajtek and his 16-year-old son, Karol Obajtek. The foundation has been in the spotlight following the Law and Justice party’s defeat in the 2023 parliamentary elections, which prompted changes in the property listings owned by Daniel Obajtek.
The situation came to light after Obajtek’s initial asset declaration, submitted two years ago as a Member of the European Parliament, revealed missing properties worth an estimated 12.5 million PLN, including around 20 real estate assets and shares in properties.
Media reports from TVP Info indicate that following the electoral loss, Daniel Obajtek transferred properties to his son as a gift, who then moved them to the family foundation established in November 2023 to safeguard the Obajtek family’s assets, which reportedly include art pieces, watches, and other valuable items. However, a complete inventory of these assets has not been disclosed.
