Latvian Prime Minister Andris Kulbergs stated on Monday that Brussels is finally beginning to recognize the security threat posed by Russia to the European Union. His comments were made during an interview with Euronews, just days after a Russian drone struck a passenger train located only two kilometers from the Polish border.
