Curtis Jones Joins Inter Milan: Transfer Details Unveiled

Fabrizio Romano first reported the transfer of Curtis Jones to Inter Milan, which has now been officially confirmed by Liverpool. The 25-year-old midfielder is expected to arrive in Milan today for a medical examination and to finalize his contract with the Italian champions, as mentioned by Gazzetta dello Sport.
Jones is set to sign a five-year deal with Inter, earning a net salary of €3.5 million per season. The transfer includes a fixed fee of €30 million, with potential bonuses of up to €5 million that are considered difficult to achieve. Additionally, Liverpool will receive 10% of any future transfer fee for Jones.
Curtis Jones: Inter’s Third English Signing This Summer
Jones becomes the third English player signed by Inter this summer, following defenders John Stones from Manchester City and Djed Spence from Tottenham. The club also acquired goalkeeper Ivan Provedel from Lazio and brought back defensive midfielder Aleksandar Stankovic, who played for FC Bruges last season.
Having developed at Liverpool, Jones has played exclusively for the club up until this point in his career, making 228 appearances, scoring 22 goals, and providing 25 assists.
Inter will kick off their new season on Saturday, August 22, facing Monza in their first league match.
