The International Damage Register has announced an expansion of its claims process, emphasizing that Russia is obligated to compensate for every crime and every hryvnia spent in addressing the consequences of its aggression. According to Head of the Register, Kyrylo Budanov, the establishment of international mechanisms for recording damages will prevent Russia from evading accountability.
