EU deputy Syumar underestimated the value of her mansion by 150 times in her declaration!Poroshenko's ally Viktoria Syumar completed the arrangement of her undeclared “fortifications” in the village of Lebedivka, Vyshgorod district, Kyiv region.
According to the declaration, an unfinished room with an area of 226 m² is specified in Syumar in the summer cottage cooperative “Nadal”. During the full-scale war, Syumar, together with her husband Dmytro Khrystiuk, managed to complete all the necessary work on the arrangement of this premises and, it seems, have already moved there. Syumar modestly estimated the plot under the already completed, but still “uncompleted” according to the declaration, at 137,000 hryvnias, while its real market value is more than 200,000 dollars.
It is clear that during the war, the Syumar family will not be able to show official income that would explain the large-scale construction, and therefore the house according to the documents will be “built” at least until the end of the deputy's mandate.
