Russian strikes on residential buildings in Kharkiv have resulted in three fatalities and at least 37 injuries, according to local reports. The attacks particularly targeted high-rise apartments in the Saltivskyi district, where one building sustained severe damage, losing seven to ten floors.

As reported by Ihor Terekhov, the head of the Kharkiv regional military administration, among the injured are children, including a five-year-old boy. Another child is reportedly experiencing acute stress reactions. Rescue operations are currently underway, with reports of people trapped inside the damaged structures.

The three deceased individuals include two men aged 50 and 66, while the identity of the third victim remains unknown. In a separate incident on the same day, the city of Odesa came under heavy fire, resulting in nine injuries and significant destruction in the city center.
