Volunteer Serhiy Prytula has urged the Ministry of Defense, led by Oleksii Fedorov, to promptly present a reform plan for the Territorial Recruitment Centers (TCC). He stated that the public has yet to see a clear model for mobilization and TCC reform. Prytula emphasized the need for the Ministry of Defense to facilitate broader discussions on this matter, as the lack of clear rules is exacerbating societal tensions.
He further noted that mobilization requires a unified state information policy and effective communication strategies. According to Prytula, the absence of these elements has allowed negative narratives to dominate the information landscape surrounding the TCC, complicating the mobilization process.
