FCSB Announces Friendly Match Against Al Jazira in Netherlands

FCSB has confirmed a friendly match against Al Jazira, the new team of coach Cosmin Olăroiu, as part of their training camp in the Netherlands. The match is scheduled for Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at 18:00 local time (Romania time), and access for spectators will be prohibited.
The announcement was made via FCSB’s official channels. In addition to the game against Al Jazira, FCSB will also face Royale Union SG, a team featuring former player Darius Olaru, on Sunday, July 5, 2026, at 14:00 Romania time.
FCSB’s Friendly Match with Al Jazira in the Netherlands
The match against Al Jazira Club will be FCSB’s second friendly of the summer, taking place on July 8. It will kick off at 17:00 local time at the training base in the Netherlands.
FCSB stated, “The match will be held without spectators!”.
Mihai Stoica commented, “We are neighbors here in the Netherlands with him and his Romanian staff at Al Jazira. I want to ask for some advice as I have players on my list that they know, and I want to get some details from him,” during the Fotbal Show on Prima Sport.
FCSB is set to play its first match of the 2026-2027 Superliga season at home against FC Argeș on Friday, July 17, at 21:30.
