Ukraine Defends Against Nighttime Attack, Shooting Down 48 Missiles and 476 Drones

Ukraine successfully defended against a nighttime attack, managing to intercept 48 of the 74 missiles and 476 out of 496 drones targeted at the nation, as reported by the military. Among the intercepted missiles were:
- 0 of 4 3M22 Zircon anti-ship missiles
- 4 of 24 Iskander-M ballistic missiles
- 32 of 34 Kh-101 cruise missiles
- 8 of 8 Kalibr cruise missiles
- 4 of 4 guided aerial missiles Kh-59/69
The offensive included the targeting of 33 locations with 25 ballistic missiles and 12 drones, leading to the downing of unmanned aerial vehicles across 18 sites. Additional details on some missile interceptions are still being clarified. The main focus of the assault was Kyiv, characterized by the simultaneous deployment of various types of aerial attack methods from multiple directions, utilizing a significant number of both ballistic missiles and reactive drones.
