The case of the transfer of Vadym Kyrychenko to Dinamo has reached the agenda of the National Chamber of Litigals within the LPF.

“AFC UTA Arad Vs. SC Dinamo 1948 SA/Kyrychenko Vadym. Cancel of the player. It gives a deadline on 3.09.2025”, it is shown on the league website.

The reason? “Textilists” accuse the fact that the Ukrainian striker, currently borrowed in the 2nd League, at CS Dinamo, would still have contact with the Aradian club, at the time of signing the contract with the Bucharest band.

Kyrychenko case. UTA requests the cancellation of footballer's legitimacy

Kyrychenko was borrowed last season at Progresul Pecica, in the Third League, and his contract with the Aradean band in the third echelon expired on June 30. UTA claims that the player had to return to the parent club automatically, and the fact that he signed with Dinamo has generated a dispute to be cut on the commissions.

Arad officials believe that they have all the legal arguments on their side, but until an official decision, Kyrychenko's situation remains in the air. In an interview with the Gazette of Sports in early July, Alexandru Meszar, the de facto president of the Aradians, said that the regulation gives justice to the club, Even if the different interpretations and recent changes in the rules regarding young players leave room for ambiguities.

What the regulation says:

1. Starting with the age of 16 years, the junior players can conclude the first contract with the club to which they are legitimized by definitive title, under the following conditions:

a. within a maximum of 60 days from the age of 16, if the respective club proposes to conclude a contract by which they provide a salary or a net monthly remuneration of 1,000 lei during the Junior period;

b. The clauses of the contract must comply with the provisions of the RSTJF;

c. The contract may contain a clause by which the player obliges himself to sign a new contract with the club at the end of the junior period;

d. The contract will contain clauses by which the club guarantees the player educational training from an academic or school point of view, in addition to the football training, so as to be allowed to pursue a career other than football in the situation where, for any reason, he gives up professional football.

2. The task of the player's conviction to sign the respective contract belongs exclusively to the club.

3. If this contract is signed and contains the clause regarding the signing of a new contract at the termination of the junior, then the player will have the obligation to conclude a contract at the age of 19.

4. In the case of the refusal to sign the contract at the age of 19, the player cannot legitimize at the new club unless the latter pays 150% of the value of the costs made by the former club with the player. The costs are effectively calculated based on the contract between the player and the previous club.

– Article 14 updated in the Regulation on the status and transfer of football players

“Nothing has changed in the meantime. It remains for the competent forums, the commissions, to decide this case. It is not necessary to call at the moment, but follow. Currently, only our contract is registered, the contract with Dinamo is not yet registered. Dinamo didn't have to have discussions with us.

The player says he was free of contract, although we claim to have a contract with UTA. It is a complicated situation, let's say so, but I tell you: the decisions will make the federation commissions. I say we are right, the player says he is right. Dinamo took advantage of what the player said and this case was born, “said the” Boss “from Arad, at the beginning of July.

It seems that the Aradians are already acting against the “dogs”, being determined not to forget this case.
