Drivers are being urged to exercise caution as extreme heat has begun to warp roads, forming hazardous ramps. On the M-07 route connecting Kyiv, Kovel, and Yahodin, sunlight has caused the concrete slabs to melt. Authorities indicate that similar issues could arise on other highways as well.
