The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) has directed Ukrposhta to dismiss its CEO, Smilyansky, and appoint a new leader within a five-day timeframe. This decision follows the identification of violations related to payment services, financial monitoring, risk management, and internal controls in Smilyansky’s administration.
