A resident of Kazan confessed to Moscow law enforcement officers of the murder of deputy Galina Starovotova in 1998. He said that he shot her from a sniper rifle. But it turned out that he killed another person.
Repeatedly convicted Timur Bagautdinov came to the capital recently. Having stayed free for some time, he went to the department.
