In Krasnoyarsk, inspectors checked the roof of a house on Maerchaka Street using a drone after a complaint from a resident. This was reported by Stroynadzor in the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
A resident of house No. 42 reported constant leaks from the roof. To quickly assess the condition of the roof, specialists launched a drone and inspected the problem area from the air.
The inspection confirmed the citizen's complaint. Inspectors found the roof above the ventilation shaft to be in poor condition, as well as foreign objects on the roof. After the inspection, measures were taken against the Mercury management company. The management company offered to promptly ensure proper maintenance of the roof of the apartment building.
