The Ministry of Labor has published in the Official Gazette the 3 model-framework documents that are mandatory for Romanian companies that want to hire foreign workers brought from outside the European Union: the service contract between the employer and the labor placement company, the placement contract between the employer, the placement company and the foreign worker, as well as the individual employment contract (CIM) between the employer and the foreign worker.
