The NMU regime will be announced in all cities of the Krasnoyarsk Territory

From March 1, in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, all enterprises with emission sources will be required to reduce the load on the atmospheric air during periods of unfavorable weather conditions, and the NMU regime itself will begin to be announced in all cities of the region. Previously, such requirements applied only to enterprises in 6 cities: Krasnoyarsk, Achinsk, Lesosibirsk, Minusinsk, Nazarov and Kansk.

According to the Ministry of Ecology, the total in the region 4524 enterprises of I–III categories of negative impact on the environmental situation, a third of them have already prepared and coordinated relevant activities.

For convenience and simplification of the reporting procedure, organizations have connected to the state information system “NMU Platform” – thanks to this service, entrepreneurs can automatically receive notifications about the onset of the regime and must send reports.

“We urge all enterprises to prepare in advance and ensure timely authorization for effective operation during periods of adverse weather conditions. Administrative liability is provided for failure to submit reports, violation of deadlines for their submission, or false information,” she warned First Deputy Minister of Ecology of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Yulia Gumenyuk.
