Unblocking the Strait of Hormuz in agreement

Journalists asked Trump whether Washington would unblock the Strait of Hormuz after finalizing the agreement. — Yes, that's part of the deal – replied the US leader. This sea route is crucial for the global transport of energy resources.

There was also a question about the position of Iran's new supreme leader, Mojtaba Khamenei, and whether he approved the agreement. Trump said he “understands the answer is yes.” However, he did not provide additional details confirming this information.

Trump's post on Truth Social

Earlier on Thursday, the American president wrote on Truth Social that the essential elements of the agreement with Iran had been agreed. He added that he presented the findings to the Iranian authorities, who accepted them. The Iranian side has not yet issued any official confirmation of the reports from Washington.
In turn, even earlier, Donald Trump announced that at night US “will attack Iran with full force”. “In the near future we will occupy Khark Island and other oil infrastructure points and take complete control of them [Iranu] oil and gas markets,” he threatened.
