Former State Duma deputy and former member of the Supreme Council of the LDPR Sergei Abeltsev was detained
The Zamoskvoretsky District Court has already arrested the 63-year-old politician for two months on suspicion of fraud on an especially large scale (Part 4 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
The ex-State Duma deputy is suspected of fraud of 10 million rubles, media reports.
