The military commission declared the Ukrainian fit. Before this, doctors diagnosed him with early organic damage to the central nervous system and socio-educational neglect.
He did not have the right to a deferment, so they tried to hand him a “combat summons.” However, the man refused mobilization and did not appear at the military registration and enlistment office.
In court, the man was found guilty and sentenced to three years in prison.
