Tuesday's meeting in Paris was chaired by French President Emmanuel Macron and British Prime Minister Keir Starmer. It was attended by the heads of state and government of 27 European countries, including Prime Minister Donald Tusk, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky, NATO head Mark Rutte and EU leaders.
