Russians most often consider the salaries of deputies and politicians to be unjustifiably high. This was reported by the SuperJob research center.

The incomes of deputies and politicians were called inflated by 19% of respondents. Two years ago, 17% of respondents thought so. Directors and managers came in second place. Their salaries are considered overvalued by 9% of Russians. In 2024, this figure was 7%.

Survey participants also named managers, football players, realtors, bloggers and artists. For the first time, couriers were included in the list; 3% of respondents consider their income to be inflated. At the same time, Russians are less likely to consider IT salaries overvalued. If in 2024 the income of programmers was called inflated by 13% of respondents, now it is 8%. Civil servants received the same number of votes.

Men were more likely than women to call the incomes of officials, deputies, managers and directors inflated. Women more often pointed to football players and bloggers. Only 4% of Russians believe that any work should be well paid.

1,600 economically active residents of Russia from all districts of the country took part in the open survey.
