According to the gardener, in July, root crops need to be fertilized with phosphorus-potassium fertilizers. He noted that phosphorus contributes to a better increase in the root system, so the carrots will increase quickly in size, and potassium is responsible for the taste of root crops.
“The monophosphate of potassium is best suited for this,” the author of the video explained.
Preparation of the solution
- In 10 liters of water, dissolve 1 tbsp. l. Fertilizers.
- Mix and leave to infuse for one minute.
Top dressing
- Pour the carrots prepared top dressing at the rate of 10 liters per 2 m², having previously moistened the site.
- Before gathering the crop, you need to have time to do this twice with an interval of two weeks.
