In Nazarovo, a 37-year-old local resident will appear in court, accused of threatening his former partner. The prosecutor's office of the Krasnoyarsk region reported this.
According to investigators, in March 2026, after a conflict with his former lover, the man decided to scare her. He typed out a letter threatening to kill the girl and her relatives, put it in an envelope and pushed it through the door slot of the apartment. A week later, the man continued the intimidation. At night, he made two dummies of homemade explosive devices from firecrackers, batteries, matches and wires, and then left them at the front door of the girl’s apartment.
According to the man’s plan, there should have been a loud bang when the door was opened. However, the girl’s relative discovered the suspicious items in the morning. During the investigation, the accused admitted guilt. He explained that he did not intend to carry out the threats, but only wanted to scare his former partner.
The prosecutor confirmed the charges under the article of threat of murder and infliction of grievous bodily harm. The criminal case will be considered by the magistrate of Nazarovo and Nazarovo district.
