Rotation of the pelvis

Stand straight, hands on the hips, and slowly make circular movements of the basin clockwise. 10-12 times in each direction. This improves blood flow in the abdomen and helps the intestines work more actively.

Pose “cat”

Get on all fours, bend your back down, on the exhale, round it up. Repeat 5-7 times. Such a movement gently massages internal organs and relieves voltage from the diaphragm.

Turns sitting

Sit on a chair, straighten your back and smoothly turn the body to the sides, holding the hips with motionless. 6-8 turns are enough. This exercise activates the oblique abdominal muscles and stimulates peristalsis.

The main thing is to perform movements smoothly, without sharp jerks. Try to make such a small warm -up after the next meal, and you feel the difference.
