The lawyer explained whether it is possible to celebrate graduation until dawn

10 June 18:50

In Russia, minor graduates will be able to watch the dawn after the school ball only if accompanied by their parents or other legal representatives. Liliya Vasilenko, a member of the Union of Lawyers-Bloggers at the Association of Lawyers of Russia and Moscow State Law Academy, told RIA Novosti about this.

According to the lawyer, teenagers should not be in public places at night unaccompanied by adults. If police spot an underage graduate alone, the parents, not the school, may be held responsible. Adult accompaniment will also be required if teenagers stay in the restaurant after 10:00 pm or 11:00 pm after the official part of the prom. In this case, parents or an adult with a power of attorney must be nearby.

The lawyer also recalled that minors are prohibited from drinking alcohol. According to her, teenagers may face such temptation at graduation, but violating the ban can lead to legal consequences. Vasilenko advised parents to think in advance about accompanying their children after the official part of the holiday so that the graduation would take place without problems.

Let us remind you that graduations in Russian schools will be held on June 27.
