Tottenham are planning to bring in more central defenders this summer, complicating Radu Dragusin's situation terribly. The last name on Roberto De Zerbi's list is Cleison Bremer, the 29-year-old Brazilian having a contract termination clause of 58 million euros.
Spurs already had two names on the radar: Marcos Senesi (29), the Argentinian stopper from Bournemouth, who is at the end of his contract with the Premier League club, who would sign a contract with Tottenham valid for the next four seasons, and the Dutchman Jan Paul van Hecke, the 26-year-old central defender of Brighton, who had De Zerbi as his manager.
With Cristian Romero and Micky van De Ven likely to leave this summer, Tottenham have several targets in mind, and the latest to come into focus is a Brazilian. Bremer has had physical problems in recent years and Tottenham need to be careful in this regard before completing the transfer. However, it will be interesting to see if the north London club ultimately opt to replace Romero with the Brazilian from Juventus
