“From the first information, it emerged that a 49-year-old man from Oradea was driving a combination consisting of a tractor and a semi-trailer on Dispensarului Street in Constanţa, and at a certain moment, for reasons to be determined later, he lost control over the direction and hit several vehicles that were both parked and moving, after which he continued his movement on Aurel Vlaicu Boulevard, towards the boulevard Tomis, where it collided with a fence, a pole and a tree,” the Constanta County Police Inspectorate said in an official statement.
