It was established that a 55-year-old man suffering from numerous diseases that could constitute the basis for being classified as disabled, asked a lawyer for help. The lawyer convinced him that it was impossible to obtain the appropriate documents free of charge, and that if he consulted doctors on his own, he would certainly be refused.
