Rospotrebnadzor specialists conducted an unscheduled inspection of the Krasnoyarsk enterprise for the production of fish products “Avangard”, located on 26 Baku Komissarov Street, and found numerous violations of the requirements of technical regulations.
Thus, in the salting shop there was no information on the containers about the start dates of salting and the name of the product. Also, data on the introduction of preservatives during the manufacturing process has not been documented anywhere.
In addition, the enterprise revealed: non-compliance with the frequency and volume of laboratory tests of raw materials and finished fish products for microbiological, physico-chemical, parasitological and other safety indicators; intersection of clean and dirty in-shop containers; plastic containers for salting with cracks and breaks; lack of equipment to control temperature and humidity conditions in the preservative storage room.
For these violations, Avangard LLC and the responsible official (chief technologist of the enterprise) were brought to administrative liability in the form of a fine in the amount of 20,000 and 10,000 rubles, respectively. “The resolutions have entered into legal force. The fines have already been paid,” Rospotrebnadzor said.
