The Rosselkhoznadzor Office for the Krasnoyarsk Territory recognized two declarations of compliance with local fish products.
Experts found that the fish processing enterprise from the Emelyanovsky district issued a declaration of cold smoking without laboratory tests for a smoke. The products were not checked for critical safety indicators.
The list of unverified parameters includes microbiological indicators (including leafer and vibrions), the content of nitrosamines, toxic elements (lead, mercury), benz (a) pyrene and radionuclides. These studies are mandatory in the declaration of fish products.
The declarations were canceled, and information about this was included in the Unified Register of Declarations. The company was sent for official warnings.
