Dog owners in Russia may wait for criminal punishment
In the case of the adoption of the bill, punishment may draw up up to three years in prison because of the death of a person after an attack by the dog.
The bill was developed in connection with the increasing cases of pets attack on people in Russia.
Also in the Council, they proposed to introduce criminal liability for the owners of dogs for their self -ridicule.
