Expensive prices are not coming back (yet), but prices are already rising. New news from stores

Currently, we will pay for a dozen or so basic food items PLN 102 and 59 groszy – according to an analysis by experts of the PanParagon application for Business Insider Polska. However, it is difficult to say that the stores are very expensive. Last year at the same time, the value of the basket clearly exceeded PLN 103.

Why do we analyze receipts?
Data from receipts tell us the truth about how much Poles pay on average for individual items. We analyze 14 basic products that are on the shopping lists of most Poles.
PanParagon is a popular application that allows you to search for promotions and store receipts. Every month, millions of proofs of purchase enter the system. Such extensive, anonymous data from receipts allows us to create reliable analyzes regarding, among others: actual product prices, real inflation or current purchasing trends.
The tool is used by residents of both large cities and smaller centers. Both those who buy in discount stores and those who prefer local grocery stores. This gives us a full price range.
