In Krasnoyarsk, voting continues for public spaces that will be improved next year. One of the leaders was the public garden near the Sokol Ice Palace in Green Grove. This was reported to the city administration.
More than 18.8 thousand citizens have already voted for the renovation of this space. Previously, the square near Sokol was a popular place among young people. Leisure and cultural events took place here. Over time, the area has fallen into disrepair and now needs renovation.
Another object participating in the vote is located at the entrance to the Solnechny microdistrict. This is a vacant lot next to the stele, which is considered the hallmark of the neighborhood. Almost 13 thousand Krasnoyarsk residents voted for the improvement of this territory. Since the beginning of the federal program, more than 20 public spaces have been improved in the Sovetsky district. Among them are the Solnechnaya Polyana Park, Cossack Square, Chernobyl Memorial Alley and Border Guards Square.
Voting will last until June 12. The renovation of the facilities will be carried out under the “Formation of a Comfortable Urban Environment” program of the national project “Infrastructure for Life”.
