In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, two employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations were convicted of bribery (video)

In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a criminal case has been opened against two employees of the State Inspectorate for Emergency Situations of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and three local residents suspected of bribery. This was reported by the press service of the regional Investigative Committee.

According to investigators, in August and September 2025, employees of the Kuraginsky and Minusinsky sections of the state inspection for small vessels, acting as a group of people in a preliminary conspiracy, received bribes through an intermediary from two residents of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The money was intended to issue certificates for the right to operate small vessels without undergoing certification.

Based on materials from the regional FSB Directorate, a criminal case has been initiated against the suspects based on this fact. Depending on the role of each, they are suspected of committing crimes under paragraph “a” of Part 5 of Art. 290 (receipt of a bribe by an official, committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy), paragraph “a”, part 4 of Art. 291 (giving a bribe to an official, committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy), Part 2 of Art. 291.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (mediation in bribery for committing obviously illegal actions).

Four defendants have been detained, and the issue of taking preventive measures against them is being decided.

Currently, the necessary investigative actions are being carried out aimed at establishing other episodes of criminal activity of the suspects.
