The young “tricolor” handball players have a first prize. They will play the final in the grandiose MVM Dome, the 20,000-seat arena in Budapest. Romanian fans are expected at the match, especially since they do not need new tickets. Those bought for the senior women's matches will also be valid in this case.
Coach Alexandru Moise (25 years old) briefly prefaced Sunday's final.
“It will be the greatest privilege of their career so far. They are in a position that most female players in Europe wish to be in, to play in the hall where the Champions League final is played every year. It is a unique experience that will stay with them for a lifetime!”, Moise told GSP.ro.
We told each other in the locker room that we will never give up and that we will always fight. It was the semi-final of an international competition, we had to give everything. We ran to the end, we could have won in regulation time. Now we are happy that it turned out well even after 70 minutes
