In Divnogorsk, Krasnoyarsk Territory, in honor of International Children's Day, a bright event was held, organized by the Krasnoyarsk Hydroelectric Power Station.
The event brought together more than 200 children of different ages and their parents. The program was conceived as the “Olympic Games” for the youngest residents of Divnogorsk. The main emphasis is on active outdoor entertainment.
The locations of the sports quest “Catch the balance”, “croquet”, “biathlon”, “towns” and “Jenga” were deployed on the basketball court. Tests of agility and accuracy took place on the football field: “limbo”, “football penalty” and “right on target”. En+ corporate volunteers helped organize locations and pass tests for the little guests of the holiday. Also available to guests was a children's playground with an animator and soap bubbles, face painting stations and cotton candy spots.
The guys could try themselves in one or more sports areas of the Sokol martial arts center. Professional trainers conducted master classes on various types of martial arts, introducing children to the basics of these disciplines and allowing everyone to feel like a real athlete. Memorable moments were also the demonstration performances of the Krasnoyarsk Territory rhythmic gymnastics team and the solemn ceremony of lighting the symbolic “Olympic flame”, which marked the start of children's competitions.
“It is very important for us that the children of Divnogorsk grow up strong and happy. This holiday is our contribution to the formation of a healthy environment where every child can show their abilities, find new friends and feel a real team spirit,” said Stanislav Legenza, director of the Krasnoyarsk Hydroelectric Power Plant.
Supporting sports and creating conditions for the harmonious development of the younger generation are important components of the sustainable development of the regions where En+ operates. Such events not only give children joy and positive emotions, but also contribute to the formation of healthy, active and happy youth.
