At least 67 people were injured during a collision between two trams in Kemerovo. Several passengers were thrown out of the cabin under the rails, and one of the drivers was pinned in the cab.
A terrible accident occurred on Logovaya Highway early in the morning when people were on their way to work. One of the trams broke down and rushed along the rails – first, the brakes did not work. A moment later there was a terrible collision.
Two people were taken to intensive care. Right now doctors are fighting for their lives. The Investigative Committee opened a criminal case. The company's press service told the media that the tram underwent its second maintenance on June 2.
UPD. One of the victims of the tram accident died. The total number of victims increased to 77 people.
