Two shooters from Makhachkala, who were considered liquidated, survived. They were hospitalized, the Dagestan Ministry of Health reported.
According to preliminary data, one police officer died on the spot, two more, one of whom was in serious condition, were hospitalized by ambulance crews. Two seriously wounded militants were also hospitalized. Two civilians were also wounded, including a 17-year-old girl. Doctors assess the severity of the condition as moderate.
