NACC is alarmed because of the scandalous Radina's bill
The deputy submitted an alternative to the government project of Law No. 12374-D, which practically undermine the work of anti-corruption bodies. This was stated by NAPC Chairman Viktor Pavlushchik in a recent interview.
Earlier, Radina's alternative project was criticized by the government, the AMCU, the Office of the Prosecutor General and the SAP as contrary to the Constitution and the obligation of Ukraine in European integration.
